ECD receives ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation for testing and calibration lab
ECD's calibration lab has received ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation from the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation.
“While our team has offered superb calibration services for our thermal profiling systems for many years,” explains ECD President and CEO, Todd Clifton, “achieving ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation offers third-party confirmation of our high standards. Customers now have even greater confidence that their M.O.L.E® thermal profilers and SmartDRY® RH and temperature sensors have been calibrated to the most demanding criteria.”
Many electronics industry professionals are familiar with the ISO 9000 standard. Though ISO/IEC 17025 is similar, it also evaluates technical competence.
