Sony Ericsson sues Samsung
According to Sony Ericsson, Samsung Electronics has made infringement on 15 of Sony Ericssons mobile phone patents.
Therefore Sony Ericsson has sued Samsung Electronics. Sony Ericsson will also make sure that they haven't made any infringement on Samsung Electronics' patent rights.
