RubiCAD folds for bankruptcy
RubiCAD's parent company, RubiCon, directed that the company be dissolved.
It filed for bankruptcy in October rather than pay layout design house APM Design Labs a fee to use patented technology, EETimes report. RubiCAD, one of the EDA industry's oldest companies was founded in 1983 by Michael Reinhardt.
