RTX acquires DRS Electronics
The Denmark based RTX Telecom has acquired the Hongkong based DRS Electronics.
The Danish RTX Telecom is to pay about two MEUR for the Hongkong based DRS Electronics including their order book, development management, contract manufacturing and sales of OEM products as well as their 24 employees.
