Wintech expands

The extended manufacturing space is aimed for electromechanical assembly where Wintech lately has seen a growth and therefore wants to separate it from the traditional electronics manufacturing. During 2005 an investment program was started to heavily increase the company's production capacity at its plant in Estonia and today all of the planned investments are made. At the company's facility in Fagersta, Sweden, the investments have been made to strengthen the company's position within the military segment. "As a whole 2005 was a really good year for Wintech and we have a very strong position before 2006 which has started well", Wintech's CEO Mikael Rehnberg told evertiq.
