Five million returned iPhone's might end up costing manufacturer Foxconn USD 256.8 million.

Apple has returned five million iPhones to the manufacturing giant. The phones are being returned due to problems with appearance and function, and the amount of returned phones could actually be as high as 8 million units, according to a report in China Business Journal.
