Jabil's CEO gets USD 10.3M for 2011

EMS-provider Jabil Circuit pays its CEO - Timothy L. Main - USD 10.3 million for fiscal 2011.
Jabil Circuit CEO Timothy Main earned USD 10.3 million in total compensation in the company’s 2011 fiscal year, a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission shows.

Timothy L. Main’s base salary grew by 5%, to USD 1.05 million (2010: USD 1.00 million), while his stock-based compensation increased 23.4% to USD 7.28 million (2010: 5.89 million). He also received USD 1.97 million (2010: 2.90 million) in cash-based incentive pay, bringing total compensation to USD 10.3 million, up 5% from last year’s pay of USD 9.8 million.

EMS-provider Jabil is to report its 1Q fiscal report today.
