Cofidur sells Techci to Finmasi Group
French EMS-company Cofidur has sold a 100% stake in its subsidiary Techci to Finmasi.
Most of the subsidiary's customers were - in fact - competitors for Cofidur outsourcing business, writes Boursier. The French group has therefore decided to sell the PCB manufacturing subsidiary to the Italian Finmasi Group.
