Foxconn reports another suicide
An employee of EMS-giant Foxconn in Chengdu has reportedly committed suicide.
An employee at Foxconn Electronics manufacturing facility in Chendgu (China) has reportedly committed suicide. The 20-year-old whose surname is said to be Hou, jumped of an apartment block on Thursday morning (May 26). This marks the latest in a string of suicides at EMS-provider Foxconn since January 2010.
On of the factories in Chengdu was also the site of an explosion last week, with killed 3 workers and injured 15.
