Micronic receives new order
Micronic Mydata has received an order for a Sigma7500 from an Asian customer.
The system is scheduled for delivery during the second half of 2010.
“The order confirms that Sigma7500 is an effective way to lower costs for volume production of photomasks at leading edge nodes,” said Peter Uddfors, president and CEO for Micronic Mydata AB. “We are very pleased to see that this
