Printline buys hardware manufacturer
Danish PCB manufacturer Printline has acquired Voxtream A/S, which develops hardware to converse data signals.
Printline is buying Voxtream, operating in areas such as administration, storage and logistics, to expand its own portfolio. However, Printline will continue to be a printed circuit board manufacturer and will continue with its established focus area.
The CEO of Danish Voxtream - Mark Jespersen - will also become the new CEO of Printline A/S. Financial details about the acquisition have not been made public.
