Flextronics Romania lays off 500
EMS-provider Flextronics will lay off 500 employees in its Romanian operations.
EMS-provider Flextronics Romania intends to lay off 500 employees at its production facility in Timişoara. The redundancies were already scheduled for May (135 staff).
The rest is scheduled for August (365 workers) this year. The EMS-giant employed 3470 staff at the facility at the beginning for 2009.
