EU to investigate Dell factory establishment in Poland
The European Commission needs to investigate the effects of Poland’s plans to give aid for a new Dell factory being built in the country.
Dell Products Poland is setting up a plant in the Lodz region. The Polish government has plans to give €52.7 million in state aid to this factory. According to a Reuters report, the European Commission needs to verify that this aid contributes to regional Polish development only.
