Tyco to restructure European automotive operations
The company is planning to restructure its automotive operations in Europe, which will also involve plant closures.
The plans state that 3 automotive facilities were to be closed and several plants in Spain and France are to see major restructuring measures. The plans, which are subject to the approval of local work councils as well as the European Works Council are said to affect around 850 employees in total.
