Würth Elektronik takes the noise out of E-Mobility

The number of e-mobiles is increasing daily. New cars and light vehicles with electric drives are constantly being developed and brought onto the market. One of the prerequisites for approval is passing an EMC test. Do you need to get to grips with electromagnetic interference in an e-car, a light electric vehicle, or a charging station? Würth Elektronik has the EMC components you need. In addition to ferrites for assembly on cables, cable harnesses and busbars, Würth Elektronik offers ferrites for PCB assembly, common mode chokes and EMI shielding products for e-mobility applications. With many AEC-Q-200 qualified catalogue products produced in IATF-16949 certified facilities from stock, free samples for developers and excellent design-in support, Würth Elektronik shortens your time-to-market.

High-quality components for reliable noise suppression

Wherever electricity flows, undesirable electromagnetic effects occur. Würth Elektronik is your expert for EMC. With our components, you will find the best solutions for supply and data lines - for example, with the ferrite product series WE-AENA and WE-TEMA, which are specially qualified for the automotive industry.

Our innovative materials provide higher impedance than comparable ferrites and cover wide frequency spectra. AEC-Q200-qualified high-current inductors such as the WE-CHSA Performance are suitable for use as input filter chokes in engine control systems or in infotainment systems. Thanks to the offer of design kits with free refill, developers always have chokes with all common designs and values at hand. The SMT-mountable metal-alloy power inductor WE-MAIA achieves the qualification AEC-Q200 Grade 0 and is suitable for demanding applications such as the powertrain of e-mobiles. E-mobiles are smart and full of data technology - Würth Elektronik also has special solutions for data lines, such as the WE-CNSA current-compensated SMT data line filter with high common-mode noise suppression at high frequencies.

The newly launched WE-LQSA semi-shielded power inductor completes the portfolio and is ideally suited for DC/DC converters with lower power ratings, as typically required in infotainment or lighting applications. It also achieves AEC-Q Grade 0.
