Innovation, efficiency and reliability are the key features of a wide range of products which have been designed to satisfy the most demanding requirements of professionals.   JBC introduce the NEW Soldering Unit HA, the first selective soldering solution featuring Automatic Cartridges Exchange available to the electronic industry for Robot and any automated process, specially designed to minimize the maintenance and the calibration.    JBC offers 2 different versions, the HA245 for General Soldering, and the HA470 for Heavy Duty Soldering, both composed by: Soldering Head RBA, Automatic Soldering tool TRA, Cartridge Stand CS2R, Solder Feeder SFR, Control Unit UCR and Tip Cleaner CLMR.     The new Soldering Tool TRA, in combination with the Cartridge Stand CS2R, features automatic cartridge exchange which allows the soldering robot using different tip geometries for each solder point, to get the Highest Soldering Quality and automatically changing cartridge when the one being used wears out.    The automatic solder feeder SFR, which can be assembled on the Soldering Head RBA, allows to customize solder wire feeding speed and length. The SFR features a wire detector sensor and is compatible with several solder wire diameters. The different Guide Kits GSFR are available with Solder Wire Perforation, allowing flux flow and outgassing to minimize solder splashing.   The UCR control box manage the new developed Soldering Irons TR and TRA with two different cartridges range R245 and R470, specially developed for automated soldering process. It includes more than 40 commands to configure parameters such as Temperature, Sleep, Hibernation, Working Status, Errors and Hours Counters.    JBC provides the RS232 Communication Protocol for UCR and SFR to establish the integration between the UCR Control Unit and a Robot, PC or PCL.    The tip cleaner CLMR with its 50 mm (1.97 in) diameter brushes, thoroughly clean the soldering tip in just 1 second, increasing its heat transfer capacity. Different brushes are available to suit customers’ needs. It features a large capacity tank with easy extraction and a large opening for easy tip access.     In order to facilitate access for 3 and 4 axis robots, the tip cleaner CLMR and the cartridge stand CS2R can be adjusted by pivoting up to 35º in both directions.
