Visitors

Where can I park my vehicle? Please go here for more information. How much will my ticket cost? Admission is free of charge. However, for organisational purposes we ask you to register your attendance. The QR-Code you will receive with your confirmation email will get you straight onto our check-in for your visitor badge. I'm a student and want to visit the Expo. Is that OK? Students with an electronics interest are welcome after 14:00. Do I need to stay all day? Plan your visit so it fits into your work schedule or around those sessions you are interested in attending. I need to cancel my participation. What shall I do? Contact and we will cancel your registration.

Exhibitors

Where can I park my vehicle? Parking information here. Parking is free for exhibitors. When parking your vehicle in the garage, please bring the ticket to the registration desk. Here you'll need to get the ticket scanned by the registration staff, in order for the parking to become free. Save the ticket for when you are leaving the garage because you'll need it to be able to exit the garage. What is included in my exhibition area? Please go here for more information. What does the time frame look like?
Time frames - Day 1, 27 October
  • 16:00 Registration starts. You get access to your table and can begin the preparations for tomorrow's expo.
  • 19:00 The networking dinner starts. The buffet ends at 20:30.
  • Beverages continue to be served until 23:00.
Time frames - Day 2, 28 October
  • 08:30 Visitor registration begins. Your table should be ready.
  • 09:00 The expo with the conference program starts. Information about the program can be found in the program folder that is distributed on site as well as online.
  • 16:00 The Expo closes, tear-down begins.

How do I sign up for the networking dinner? Make a note in the registration form, or contact . What do I need to bring? We recommend exhibition material and 2 roll-ups. How do I send material in advance? Use the following address: VILGA ul. Return shipment should be scheduled for 25th of October. We accept deliveries from Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., aligning with standard courier working hours. Should you require delivery outside of these hours, kindly notify us at +48 534 166 166, and we will accommodate your request. While we have no strict guidelines, we would like to ask that parcels are appropriately secured for transit. All goods need to be marked with the following information:

What kind of information do we get when scanning the QR-code on the badges? The QR-code is loaded with the following information:
  • Name
  • Company
  • Email address
To scan the QR-code, use the camera function on your mobile phone. The contact details will be stored in your mobile phone book. If you would like to enhance the scanning process, we recommend you to use Qrafter for iPhone or QR Qrafter for Android devices.
