Foxconn accuses Logah for patent infringement

During February and March Foxconn began legal actions against Logah Technology but in a filing with the Taiwan Stock Exchange Foxconn announced that Logah continues to produce patent-infringing products at their China-based affiliates. The customs in Nanjing and Wujiang have though stopped the products from being shipped.
