Tyco is about to spin off its healthcare and electronics business.
According to thestreet.com Tyco's board will vote this week on a proposal to split up the conglomerate structure built up by Dennis Kozlowski.
After selling out its healthcare and electronics business Tyco's remaining businesses will be security, fire-detection, valve and industrial pumps operations.
