Nam Tai CEO resigns
Yeoh Teck Hooi, Colin has resigned as Chief Executive Officer of the Company of Nam Tai Electronics, effective immediately.
The resignation is due to personal reasons a statement by the company said.
M.K. Koo was immediatly appointed as Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Koo, a founder of the Nam Tai Group, currently serves as executive Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of Nam Tai.
”The Company will use its best endeavours to identify a suitable candidate to fill the vacancy as soon as practicable and will make a further announcement upon appointment of a new Chief Executive Officer,” a statement by the company said.
