Samsung selects RFMD for new tablet family

The Galaxy S 2 and Galaxy Tab 10.1 will both feature RFMD's PowerSmart, while the Galaxy Tab 10.1 will also feature RFMD’s RF5521 WiFi front end module (FEM). Shipments of RFMD's PowerSmart power platforms and high-performance WiFi components are expected to increase sequentially throughout the year.
