Incap starts to manufacture dog tracking devices for Tracker in Estonia

Incap has started cooperation with Oulunsalo-based Tracker to manufacture Tracker G400 dog tracking devices.
The tracking devices will be manufactured and tested in the Incap factory in Estonia, which has acquired new testing equipment for this product. Tracker G400, the flagship of Tracker Oy, is a GPS collar for hunting dogs with which it is possible to monitor the dog's position, movements and hunting with a map application for mobile phones.

Thousands of dog tracking devices are manufactured every year. Thus, the contract is a kick-off for Incap in the field of tracking technology, which is considered to be a strong growth area in the future.

When negotiating for the contract, Tracker considered Incap's strengths to be its know-how related to prototype manufacturing and ramp-up combined with local operations near the customer. With the future development of the business in mind, the customer also rated Incap's presence in India as a positive argument.
