UK based EMS provider Brantham has been seeing many opportunities in the assembly of LED’s.
The company has seen that LED Lighting Business is growing. LED Lighting is being used in the automotive and medical industries. Some of the applications are requiring high power LEDs and these invariably require the use of thermally conductive substrates to manage the heat produced.
