Scanfil EMS Oy buys facility from Sievi Capital
Scanfil plc’s subsidiary Scanfil EMS Oy has purchased the production and office facilities in Sievi, Finland, from Sievi Capital plc.
The purchase price is 4.2 million euro that Scanfil EMS Oy will pay through its liquid assets.The space has a total floor area of 26,000 square metres and is situated on a 19.3 hectare plot.
Scanfil EMS Oy has previously been the tenant ofthe facility under a lease arrangement, but the company said the deal will be more economically feasible in the long term than leasing. Scanfil EMS Oy Group owns all of the properties where it operates in China, Finland, Hungary and Estonia.
