Samsung is looking at Kaliningrad

"The Kaliningrad regional government has proposed that Samsung build a home appliance plant in the region that would fall under tax benefits of the existing law on the special economic zone in the Kaliningrad region. A delegation from the company visited Kaliningrad yesterday and held talks on the issue with the government," a ministry official said.
