iPods and cell phones<br>raises Foxconn´s Q1 results

The Taiwan based EMS provider Hon Hai (Foxconn) gained 30 percent in net income for its first quarter.
Foxconn increased net income 36 percent to reach $314 million for its first quarter 2006. The main driving factors were the Nokia cell phone orders and the Apple iPod orders. Foxconn is continously taking benefit from the product owners´ plans to close factories and increase their outsourcing.
