Partnertech sees potential in Poland

Leif Thorwaldsson, Partnertech's CEO, told evertiq.pl about the investment that has taken in the Polish facility in Sieradz.

Last year, we received the information about new investments in PartnerTech's plant in Sieradz. What was involved and what was the purpose? - Indeed, we have taken steps to develop the Polish plant. We have invested in a new production line. We have a lot of new customers and taking into account the increasing orders, we decided to start another production line. In June, we informed our readers that the Sieradz facility signed an agreement with ABB. Do you have any details regarding this cooperation? The framework agreement with ABB Substation Automation Products includes the manufacture and supply of electronic components. Contractor of this agreement - the implementation of which will begin in the fourth quarter of 2012 - is the Polish plant in Sieradz. How do you evaluate the electronic market in Poland after 3 quarters of 2012? We have customers and investments, which bodes well for the future. We appreciate the involvement of employees in our factory in Poland, as well as the value it gives to our customers. We are planning further developments in Sieradz. Currently, the factory operates on four production lines and this significantly increased our capacity. Poland has great potential, prompting us to increase efficiency, productivity and continuous improvement of production. We invest in production lines, equipment, and all this allows us to attract new customers.
