Samsung SDI and Bosch break up JV

Samsung SDI will pay 95 million USD to purchase Bosch's stake in the battery maker SB LiMotive, signaling an end to their joint venture.
Samsung is buying Bosch's 50 percent stake in the joint venture due to an disagreement over strategy, saying that having full control would enable faster decision making. The joint venture was formed in 2008.
