Report: Amazon developing smartphone with Foxconn
Amazon.com is developing a smartphone with the help of Foxconn according to media reports.
Bloomburg reports that Amazon.com is developing the smartphone to compete against Apple's iPhone, according to “two people with knowledge of the matter”.
Amazon is acquiring patents covering wireless technology that would help it avoid allegations of infringement other sources told Bloomburg.
