Exception and NCAB settle dispute
UK-based Exception VAR has settled civil High Court proceedings against several former employees and Swedish NCAB.
In April 2010, Exception VAR, the electronics supply chain specialist, initiated civil proceedings in the High Court against a number of former employees and NCAB.
The dispute has now been settled by agreement between the parties.
Jon Sopher, Executive Chairman of Exception noted that: “It is pleasing to be able to reach agreement in this dispute as it created a significant distraction for the business over the past year. We are very grateful for the support and loyalty of our employees, supply chain and customer base during this period. The recent signing of 3-5 year contracts worth $75m with a number of key suppliers provides customers with assurance of a long-term supply chain."
