Foxconn sues Suyin
Taiwan-based Hon Hai Precision Industry has filed a lawsuit in China against rival component maker Suyin.
Suyin's subsidiary in China has - according to a statement made to the stock exchange - infringed patent right of Foxconn Computer Connectors (Kunshan). The patent regards the manufacturing of CPU socket connectors. No further details are known.
