Huawei Hungary partners with Elcoteq & Foxconn
Huawei Technologies Hungary Kft. is currently outsourcing its assembly work to EMS-providers Elcoteq and Foxconn.
Elcoteq is using its manufacturing hub in Pécs and Foxconn its facility in Komárom (both Hungary) to produce for Huawei, local media reports. The company plans to outsource more complex production to these Hungarian manufacturing locations. Huawei is also considering the establishment of its own manufacturing hub in the Eastern European country.
