EMS industry increased 27% in total over the year

The 11 largest EMS providers in the world had total revenues of approximately USD 27 billion in the first quarter of 2010.

Compared to the 4Q of 2009, the combined revenue of the 11 companies decreased. If compared to the 1Q of 2009 however, combined figures went up 27 %.

The EMS providers that are included in the chart are Benchmark+Pemstar, Celestica, Elcoteq, Flextronics+Solectron, Foxconn, Jabil, Plexus, Sanmina-SCI, Sypris, Universal Scientific, and Venture Manufacturing.
