Ramtron and Future in distribution deal
F-RAM maker Ramtron expands global distribution with Future Electronics
Ramtron International Corporation, a developer and supplier of nonvolatile ferroelectric random access memory (F-RAM) and integrated semiconductor products, has agreed to expand its global sales reach with Montreal-based Future Electronics to include key markets in Europe, Japan, and Asia. The agreement authorizes Future Electronics to globally distribute Ramtron's full line of F-RAM memory devices and integrated products.
