Samsung not interested in Infineon
Market speculations that Samsung would bid for German chip manufacturer Infineon were declared to be untrue by the South Korean company.
"Such talk is untrue. We have never studied the possibility" Samsung spokesman James Chung was cited in a Reuters report in saying. Infineon declined to comment on the speculation.
