Large number of creditors in Aviv Electronics Europe Limited liquidation
According to exclusive information evertiq has received UK based PCB manufacturer Aviv Electronics Europe Limited, which recently declared bankruptcy, has 948,000 GBP in debts. evertiq has the complete list of the creditors.
Anthony Kent and Shane Biddlecombe have been appointed as liquidators. According to evertiq’s information main reasons for Aviv Electronics Europe Limited's bankruptcy have been because a major French client went bankrupt, the quality problems from the company's Chinese manufacturer, declining market due to the recession and the unfavourable exchange rate for the British pound.
Another reason is that a number of Aviv Electronics Europe Limited customers have direct imported the printed circuit boards from China without going through Aviv Electronics Europe Limited, evertiq’s information stated.
Aviv Electronics Europe Limited and Capinor merged in 2007, but separated in April/May 2008. These companies have therefore nothing to do with each other, according to evertiq.
evertiq has created a list below of the creditors, Aviv had a total requirement of 948,000 GBP in debts.
