Dynex Semiconductor acquires equipment from Semi Scenic
Semi Scenic has received a multiple system order from Dynex Semiconductor, Lincoln, England.
Semi Scenic will be a key partner as Dynex executes the £12 million expansion of its IGBT fabrication facility.
Dynex has purchased the Lam Research Plasma Etch systems which will be refurbished at Semi Scenic’s cleanroom facility in East Kilbride, Scotland prior to installation at Dynex.
