What does a fake iPhone cost to make?

A whole black market industry has been riding on Apple’s success by selling fake copies in China and Taiwan under the name iOrange (or maybe iOrgane?).
According to the Geek web site which is referring to New York Times, the fake iPhone in Beijing costs $150 to purchase and $40 to produce.

The most expensive piece in the fake iPhone is the circuit board and the Bluetooh chip which totala at $21. Almost every other component in the fake iPhone costs just a cent.

Most amazing is how the fake shops that sell the phone operate. According to Geek The production houses that produces the average fake iPhone also get fed from the same supply chain that feeds Apple.

Basic parts on the iPhone like microphones, vibration motors and speakers are identical to the real one.
