Nortel rumoured to sell business parts
Insolvent Nortel Networks, which filed for Chaper 11 earlier this year, is rumoured to sell off major divisions instead of restructuring under the bancruptcy protection.
The company is rumoured to consider offers from potential buyers. This involves the wireless-gear business and the division that manufactures office telecom equipment, reports Reuters. A Nortel spokesperson refused to comment.
