GeneralHow do you handle the Covid-19 pandemic? This is what is valid in September 2021. There might be changes from the Polish government in beginning of October and then we will update this information. According to the amendment of the COVID Act-19, the holding of a fair is permitted if no more than 1 person per 10 m2 of room space is present in the fair room at one time. Fully vaccinated persons are not included in the limit. The providing of vaccination information by participants in the Expo is voluntary. A person who refuses to give vaccination information is automatically counted as unvaccinated and counted against the limit of 1 person per 10 m2. The exhibition hall is 3300 m2 giving us a limit of 330 unvaccinated that we will register when entering and we will be forced to refuse more people to enter. Where can I book my hotel room? We recommend a specific nearby hotel. Please go here for more information. We do not cooperate with third parties when it comes to hotel accommodations. Where can I park my vehicle? Find parking information here. Is there a cloak room available? Yes, there is a cloak room available. We recommend not to leave valuable belongings there. However, for organisational purposes we ask you to register your attendance. The QR-Code you will receive with your confirmation email will get you straight onto our check-in for your visitor badge. I'm a student and want to visit the Expo. Is that OK? Students with an electronics interest are welcome after 14:00. Do I need to stay all day? Plan your visit so it fits into your work schedule or around those sessions you are interested in attending. I need to cancel my participation. What shall I do? Time frames - Day 1, 26 October
- 16:00 Registration starts. You get access to your table and can begin the preparations for tomorrow's expo.
- 19:00 The networking dinner starts. The buffet ends at 20:30.
- Beverages continue to be served until 23:00.
Time frames - Day 2, 27 October
- 08:30 Visitor registration begins. Your table should be ready.
- 09:00 The expo with the conference program starts. Information about the program can be found in the program folder that is distributed on site as well as online.
- 16:00 The Expo closes, tear-down begins.
