Perlos opens plant in India
Finland based EMS provider Perlos has opened its $30-million manufacturing plant in Sriperumbudur, India.
The plant is located in the Nokia Telecom Park and is 26,000 square metres. Companies like Aspocomp, Foxconn, Salcomp, Jabil, Laird and Wintek also have manufacturing plants in the Nokia Telecom Park, Business-standard reports. The Nokia Telecom Park is build for Nokia suppliers to initially cater the needs of Nokia India and also to serve Nokia's other customers. This plant is Perlos' eighth volume manufacturing plant.
