Jabil-VEM acquisition completed
Jabil Circuit announces the completion of it's acquisition of the electronics manufacturing business of Varian, Inc.
The price for the acquisition was about $195 million. According to Jabil the acquisition will allow the PCB manufacturer to further focus on the medical, military/aerospace and instrumentation business sectors.
