Nordson finalizes its Dage acquisition
The deal between Nordson and Dage that was announced in mid November has now been closed.
In mid November Nordson Corp, the owner of among others Asymtek, March Plasma Systems and EFD, announced the acquisition of Dage Holdings. The deal has now been closed and the announced price that Nordson had to pay for Dage is £117 million.
