Merger between Jabil and TGP?

According to DigiTimes industry sources recently indicated that EMS provider Jabil Circuit is now in acquisition talks with Taiwan-based handset component maker Taiwan Green Point (TPG). Sources tell that Jabil is likely to purchase TPG for a target price of NT$110 per share but TGP declined to comment on the report.
