Flextronics Software Systems<br>Managing Director passed away
Arun Kumar, 57, Managing Director of Indian based Flextronics Software Systems, died of cardiac arrest in San Diego, California, Friday.
Kumar who was associated for the last 10 years with Flextronics, which started off as Hughes Software Systems, had seen the ownership of the company changed hands twice. In the process the company was also delisted from Indian bourses. Mr. Kumar is survived by his wife Amita, and his son Kunal.
