Baker acquires McDermid
M.E. Baker has acquired all the outstanding shares of manufacturing equipment supplier McDermid Equipment Inc.
“Baker's acquisition of MEI allows MacDermid to focus on our core specialty chemical business while continuing to provide our customers with a North America-based resource for all their equipment needs,” said Michael Siegmund, executive vice president of MacDermid in a statement.
