Unaxis may sell ESEC
Swiss based Unaxis Holding AG is considering the sale of its semiconductor Equipment business.
ESEC supplies wafer coating and etching tools for metalization steps ase well as photomask etching.
It was in an interview in Swiss television that Unaxis CEO Thomas Limberger revealed the plans of selling the wafer processing business ESEC.
