Acal Plc acquires Hectronic AB

Hectronic is headquartered in Uppsala and a sales office is situated in Gothenburg (both Sweden). The customers are located all over the Nordic Countries. The company has 28 employees. Hectronic’s turnover is about SEK 85 million. ”This acquisition further strengthens our strategy to be a leading specialist supplier of technology products in the Nordic market. We believe that there are great business synergies from including Hectronic’s products in our offer,” says Lars Gundersen, member of the board of directors in Acal BFi Nordic AB.
