Pendulum acquires XL Microwave
Pendulum Instruments announced the acquisition of XL Microwave Inc.
Pendulum will take over all of XL Microwave's assets. Upon the acquisition Pendulum Instruments will establish a subsidiary, Pendulum Instrument Inc.
"Together we will strengthen our market position especially in the USA", said Harald Kruger, CEO for Pendulum.
