Cicor Group’s Microelectronics Division has signed a two year agreement worth EUR 2 million.
Cicor Group’s Microelectronics Division has signed a two year agreement worth EUR 2 million for a substantial quantity of Thin Film Multi Layer Aluminium Nitride Substrates with multi layer metallization and hermetic vias. These substrates are used in Selex Galileo-designed Transmit Receive Modules (TRMs) within Electronically Scanned Array (E-Scan) radar systems.
